One Click Self Portrait Photo Studio is committed to providing the highest quality service to every client, and we understand that there may be some reasons when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We want to be flexible to accommodate our clients' needs; we have established the following cancellation and refund policy to ensure a fair and reasonable process for all parties involved.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow us to make arrangements for other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment within 24-48 hours of your scheduled time, we will refund 50% of the total cost of your session. Please note that if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we will not be able to provide a refund, or if you do not show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you the full cost of your session.
Refund Policy
We want our clients to be totally satisfied with their experience at our photo studio. If you are not satisfied with the results of your session, please contact us and we will work with you to address any concerns. Please note that we do not offer refunds for completed photo sessions.

his cancellation/refund policy applies to all forms of payment, including when the reservation is paid from the client's account. So please keep our cancellation policy in mind when making your reservations.
Only if we are unable to provide the services for you due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical failure or equipment malfunction, we will provide you with a full refund.
