Thank you for choosing our One Click Self-Portrait Photo Studio! Our staff wants to make sure you have an enjoyable and safe experience, so please take a moment to read and agree to the following terms and conditions of attending the studio:
Studio Rental Time
The rental period begins promptly at the scheduled start time and ends promptly at the scheduled end time, regardless of whether the custom and/or custom's party are late. We ask that you arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. You should fit your set up and break down in rental time. $60 fee will be billed if the studio will be left later than 15 minutes after the reserved time. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period.
Payment Agreement and Cancellation
One Click Self-Portrait Photo Studio requires 100% payment in advance of your session. This is required for all bookings! Please be aware that any deposits or fees paid in advance will not be fully refunded unless you notify us more than 48 hours in advance. Full payment must be received at the time of your booked session.
Deposits will be refunded if the customer requests the rescheduling/cancellation and notifies
One Click Self-Portrait Photo Studio MORE than 48 hours prior to the reservation time (via email or phone call).
If you need to cancel your appointment within 24-48 hours of your scheduled time, we will refund 50% of the total cost of your session. Please note that if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we will not be able to provide a refund, or if you do not show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you the full cost of your session.
Occupancy
To ensure optimal working conditions for both our clients and our staff, we do not allow more than 5 people in the studio at any one time. If the client/s needs to bring additional people into the studio, please notify us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Safety and Security
Please be aware that our studio has photographic equipment and lighting in use that can be a potential hazard. We ask that you follow all safety guidelines provided by our staff to ensure your safety and the safety of others or to prevent accidents. While in our studio, we ask that you conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in the termination of your session without refund.
Our studio provides background options for your photo session. Please take care of any of your backdrops to prevent damage. If the backdrop is damaged during your session, additional charges will apply.
The cost for the damaged backdrop is $20 per foot of length from the bottom edge of the backdropto the point where it needs to be trimmed.
Each of our studio rooms is equipped with a large magic mirror. It helps you see yourself and adjust your poses. Please do not touch or damage the mirror in any way. Any damage will be charged $5000. One Click Self-Portrait Photo Studio is not responsible for any damage caused by the mirror.
In the event of damage to any other studio equipment or facilities, the party responsible for the damage will be held liable for the cost of repair or replacement. The individual or group responsible for the incident is fully responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of the damage. In order for the situation to be assessed and addressed, it is imperative that any damage be reported immediately.
One Click Self-Portrait Photo Studio disclaims responsibility for any damage or personal injury resulting from using the equipment. No alcohol and no smoking in the studio. A $500 fine will be imposed.
Cleaning
We ask that you leave the studio in the same condition in which you found it. A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if the studio is left in an excessively messy or dirty condition. We require all clients to thoroughly clean their shoes before entering the studio in order to maintain the cleanliness of our sets. To avoid any potential mess, we also recommend that you bring an extra pair of clean, changeable shoes.
Pets
Simply select Photo with a Pet when booking and we will be happy to accommodate your pet during your session. Please ensure that your pet is well-behaved and does not cause any damage to the studio.
Personal belongings
One Click Self-Portrait Photo Studio is not responsible for any personal items left in our studio. Please be sure to take all of your personal belongings with you when you leave the studio.
Result of the photo shoot
After your photo shoot you will get at least 40% of the good shots from your professional photo shoot. Because you are often moving in the frame, many shots may not turn out well because they are blurry or out of focus. And sometimes it's difficult for the equipment to capture you because you're moving, and sometimes our Autofocus struggles to keep you in focus. For better results, please try pressing the shutter button once every 5 seconds.
